SHIPPING

Shipping Lead Times:

We ship worldwide! Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

  • Canada: Shipping within Canada takes 2-7 business days.
  • United States: Shipping to the United States takes 5-10 business days.
  • International: International shipping takes 7-14 business days.

*Please note COVID-19 may affect shipping times.

  • Small items $20
  • Medium items $30
  • Large items $40

United States:

  • Small items $30
  • Medium items $40
  • Large items $50

International:

  • Small items $60
  • Medium items $80
  • Large items $100

Small items include: Most accessories, jewelry, wallets, wallet on chain bags, etc.

Medium items include: Most handbags and shoes.

Large items include: Large bags, luggages, bags in large boxes, boots, etc.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Jadore Couture accepts returns for refund or exchange only in the circumstances of which:

  1. Item is damaged in transit
  2. Item is proven not authentic by a reputable third party authenticator

Refunds (if applicable)

  1. Damaged in transit: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and show us clear images of the damage. Once we have established the damage was caused in transit, we will ask you to ship the item back to us with tracking and proof of fees paid. When we receive the item we will refund you the full amount paid for the item.
  2. Our authenticity guarantee: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and explain why you think it’s not authentic. After speaking to us and you’re still uncertain about the item we ask that you contact a reputable third party authenticator to have the item authenticated. The costs incurred are your responsibility. If you’re unsure of reputable authenticators you may ask us to refer you to some. If the item is deemed not authentic by the third party authenticator you must send us all the paperwork from that authenticator that clearly states that item is not authentic including its picture and serial number. Once we receive this, we will send you a shipping label to ship the item back to us. When we receive the item we will refund you the full amount paid for the item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

CONSIGNEES
  1. How do I know my order was received? Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided stating that we’ve received your order and that it is on hold or being processed. Please allow up to 2 days for us to process your order.
  2. How do I know my order has shipped? Is there tracking? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped. This email will also include your tracking information.
CONSIGNORS
  1. How and when do I get paid? After your item has sold and we have completed processing the order, we will contact you within 7 days to send you an E-transfer, bank wire, or TransferWise your funds.
  2. What happens if my item does not sell? In the occurrence that your item does not sell within 90 days, we can either put the item(s) on sale at your approval or you can come retrieve your item(s) at no extra cost if local. If you are not local, we will ship your item(s) back to you at your expense. If your item is valued at over $5000, please give us 48 hours notice to retrieve those items as our private insurer requires us to store higher valued items at a secure storage facility and not on site.
  3. Do you do buyouts? Yes, we do buyouts only for high-in demand items. Pricing for buyouts fall under quick- sell pricing (lower than consignment). Please contact us to see if your item(s) is high in demand by filling out the consignment form below.
