Our Authentication Process
Each item is thoroughly reviewed by our experienced in-house team, trained across brand-specific details such as materials, stitching, hardware, engraving, date codes, serial formats, and construction techniques. Items are inspected multiple times, including before listing and again prior to shipment.
This layered approach ensures consistency, accuracy, and accountability at every stage.
Entrupy Certification
Jadore Couture is an Entrupy-certified seller. Entrupy is an AI-powered authentication system that analyzes microscopic and structural details using a proprietary database built from millions of verified data points.
Entrupy certificates are available upon request for an additional fee and must be selected at checkout. Certificates are not included automatically with purchases unless added. If a certificate is not purchased at checkout, it will not be provided afterward unless explicitly arranged prior to shipment.
Our Guarantee
Every item sold by Jadore Couture is backed by our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
If an item is ever determined to be not authentic by a reputable, independent third-party authenticator, we will issue a full refund in accordance with our policy.
To qualify:
- The authentication must be provided in writing
- The authenticator must be well-established and recognized in the luxury resale industry
- The report must clearly state that the item is not authentic
Assertions, opinions, visual comparisons, or inconsistencies in photos alone do not qualify as proof of inauthenticity.
If You Have an Authenticity Concern
We take all concerns seriously and ask that they be handled through the proper process.
If you believe an item may not be authentic, please obtain third-party authentication from a reputable service such as an Entrupy-verified seller or a recognized luxury authentication specialist. Once received, forward the written report to our team for review.
If authenticity is disputed without third-party documentation, we are unable to proceed with a refund.
Condition & Photography Disclosure
All items are professionally photographed under bright studio lighting designed to highlight details and imperfections. This lighting can make minor wear or surface marks appear more pronounced than they do in natural settings. Condition is always described conservatively to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Variations in appearance due to lighting, angles, structure, or how an item is worn or handled do not indicate inauthenticity.
