  • HOW WE SHIP

    Jadore Couture ships using trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post. All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation unless otherwise specified. Tracking information is emailed once an order has been processed and shipped.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial shipping address. Jadore Couture is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from incomplete, incorrect, inaccessible, or restricted addresses provided by the customer.

    Jadore Couture reserves the right to require additional identity verification prior to shipment for high-value or flagged transactions.

    Jadore Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments to regions affected by sanctions, civil unrest, courier suspensions, elevated fraud risk, or service disruptions. Customers are responsible for confirming shipping availability and import eligibility within their destination country prior to placing an order.

    PROCESSING TIMES & SHIPPING RATES

    Orders are typically processed within up to 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, severe weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

    Orders exceeding CAD $10,000 may automatically require expedited shipping, additional verification, adult signature confirmation, or special handling for security purposes.

    Delivery estimates are approximate only and are not guaranteed. Jadore Couture is not liable for carrier delays, customs processing delays, weather interruptions, labour disruptions, carrier service failures, or other events outside of our control. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote, rural, oversized, high-risk, or special service destinations.


    Item Size Classifications

    • Small items: Accessories, jewelry, small leather goods
    • Medium items: Handbags, shoes
    • Large items: Oversized bags, luggage, boots, large boxed items

    CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping fees or item pricing unless otherwise stated.

    Jadore Couture is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, abandoned packages, or returned shipments resulting from unpaid duties or import restrictions. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and any associated losses incurred due to refusal or non-payment remain the responsibility of the customer.

    LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, the customer must notify sales@jadorecouture.ca in writing within 14 calendar days of the carrier’s marked delivery date.

    Upon timely notification, Jadore Couture may initiate a carrier investigation on the customer’s behalf. Final determinations regarding delivery, loss, or compensation are made solely by the shipping carrier. Jadore Couture is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

    Failure to report a missing shipment within the required 14-day period may void eligibility for carrier investigation or claim assistance.

  • REFUND & RETURN POLICY

    At Jadore Couture, we specialize in authenticated pre-owned luxury goods. Due to the nature of consignment and luxury resale, all sales are final unless otherwise stated under our authenticity guarantee or order cancellation policy below.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    In rare cases, Jadore Couture reserves the right to cancel and refund an order due to inventory discrepancies, technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or item unavailability. In such cases, the customer will be notified and fully refunded to the original method of payment.

    CONDITION DISCLOSURE & ACCEPTANCE

    All items sold by Jadore Couture are pre-owned unless otherwise stated and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. We make every effort to accurately photograph, describe, and disclose notable condition details; however, minor imperfections, variations in lighting, texture, colour, and natural wear may not always appear exactly as shown online or in photographs.

    By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the disclosed condition of the item. Additional signs of wear not specifically photographed or described may be present.

    Items picked up in person are considered fully inspected, reviewed, and accepted at the time of pickup. Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting all items upon delivery or pickup prior to use.

    Any concerns regarding condition, undisclosed damage, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Claims submitted outside of this time frame, including after use, will not be eligible for return, refund, exchange, store credit, or cancellation.

    Jadore Couture is not responsible for wear, deterioration, peeling, cracking, scratching, hardware wear, colour transfer, odours, oxidation, fading, material changes, or other condition changes that may naturally occur over time or with use after the item has been accepted by the customer.

    Items that have been altered, repaired, modified, cleaned, or damaged after acceptance are not eligible for refund consideration.

    OUR AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

    All items sold by Jadore Couture are guaranteed authentic. Each item undergoes a thorough authentication process conducted by our experienced team and, when necessary, trusted third-party authentication partners.

    In the unlikely event that an item is proven inauthentic by a recognized professional authentication service, Jadore Couture will provide a full refund upon verification and return of the item in the same condition in which it was sold.

    If you have concerns regarding the authenticity of your purchase, please follow the steps below:

    1. CONTACT US FIRST

    If you believe your item may not be authentic, you must contact us directly with your concerns prior to initiating any attempted third-party dispute, chargeback, or claim.

    2. AUTHENTICATION PROCESS

    If concerns remain after speaking with us, you may:

    • • Return the item to us for authentication through Entrupy, OR
    • • Take the item to one of our Entrupy partner locations (we may assist in locating one upon request)

    If neither option is possible, you may use a reputable independent third-party authenticator of your choice. Any costs associated with third-party authentication are the responsibility of the buyer.

    3. SUBMITTING VERIFICATION

    If a third-party authenticator determines the item is not authentic, the following must be provided:

    • • A written statement clearly indicating the item is not authentic
    • • Supporting photographs included in the authentication report
    • • Any identifying markings or serial numbers referenced in the findings

    4. REFUND PROCESS

    Once the authentication documentation has been reviewed and approved by Jadore Couture:

    • • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
    • • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold
    • • Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund of the purchase amount will be issued to the original method of payment


    5. EXCHANGES

    Any item eligible for a refund under this authenticity policy may alternatively be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.


    CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

    By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. Jadore Couture reserves the right to dispute chargebacks or payment disputes using supporting documentation including, but not limited to, product listings, photographs, authentication records, correspondence, proof of delivery, tracking information, pickup confirmations, and inspection acknowledgements.
