  • HOW WE SHIP

    Jadore Couture ships via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post, all with tracking and signature confirmation. Tracking details are emailed once an order has been processed.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address. Jadore Couture is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional fees resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or restricted addresses.

    We do not ship to countries subject to sanctions, civil unrest, or courier service suspensions. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm service availability prior to purchase. For clarification, please contact sales@jadorecouture.ca before ordering.

    PROCESSING TIMES & SHIPPING RATES

    Orders are processed within up to 2 business days. Orders exceeding $10,000 are automatically shipped using expedited service (1–2 business days).

    Canada (estimated 2–5 business days)

    • Small items: $20
    • Medium items: $30
    • Large items: $40

    United States (estimated 3–7 business days)

    • Small items: $30
    • Medium items: $40
    • Large items: $50

    International (estimated 5–10 business days)

    • Small items: $60
    • Medium items: $80
    • Large items: $100

    Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Jadore Couture is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Additional fees may apply for remote or rural destinations.

    Item size classifications:

    • Small items: Accessories, jewelry, small leather goods
    • Medium items: Handbags, shoes
    • Large items: Oversized bags, luggage, boots, large boxed items

    LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, the customer must notify sales@jadorecouture.ca in writing within 14 calendar days of the order date.

    Upon timely notification, Jadore Couture will initiate a carrier investigation on the customer’s behalf. Final determinations are made solely by the carrier. Jadore Couture is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

    Failure to report within the 14-day period voids any eligibility for investigation.

    SHIPPING INSURANCE & RISK OF LOSS

    Shipping insurance is not included unless explicitly purchased at checkout. Jadore Couture bears no liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered shipments that are not insured.

    Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon carrier acceptance of the shipment. In the absence of purchased insurance, all responsibility rests solely with the purchaser.

    Customers are strongly advised to purchase shipping insurance to protect their order.

    Jadore Couture accepts returns for refund or exchange only in the circumstances of which:

    • Item(s) were purchased by a technical error.
    • Item(s) proven not authentic by Entrupy or a reputable third party authenticator.

    1. REFUND POLICY FOR TECHNICAL ERRORS

    At Jadore Couture, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience. While all sales are final, we recognize that genuine technical issues can occasionally occur. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation and determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

    WHAT QUALIFIES AS A TECHNICAL ERROR:

    • Duplicate orders caused by a website glitch
    • Incorrect item or pricing displayed at checkout due to a system malfunction
    • Accidental purchase caused by a verified technical issue (e.g. cart failure, delayed page load)

    WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY:

    • Accidental purchases made without a technical issue
    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
    • Failure to enter discount codes correctly or review product/policy details before purchase

    REQUESTING A REFUND DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR:

    To request a refund, please contact us within 5 minutes of your purchase at sales@jadorecouture.ca with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the issue
    • Any relevant screenshots or proof of the error (if available)

    All approved refunds due to technical error will be subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. This fee helps cover payment processing, handling, and relisting costs.

    Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

    We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist if any unexpected issues arise.

    2. OUR AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

    At Jadore Couture, we take authenticity seriously and stand behind every item we sell. If you have concerns about the authenticity of your purchase, please follow the steps below:

    1. CONTACT US FIRST

    If you believe your item may not be authentic, contact us directly with your concerns. Please include any specific details or reasons for your doubt. We're happy to address them and provide clarification where possible.

    2. AUTHENTICATION PROCESS

    If you remain uncertain after speaking with us, you have two options:

    • Return the item to us to be authenticated through Entrupy (we are an Entrupy-verified business),

      OR
    • Take the item to one of our Entrupy-verified partner locations (we can assist in finding one near you).

    If returning to us or visiting a partner is not possible, you may use a reputable third-party authenticator of your choice. Any costs associated with third-party authentication are the buyer’s responsibility.

    Note: We are not affiliated with any online authenticators, but we’re happy to provide recommendations if needed.

    3. SUBMITTING VERIFICATION

    If a third-party authenticator deems the item not authentic, you must provide the following:

    • written statement from the authenticator clearly stating the item is not authentic
    • Photos of the item included in the report
    • Any identifying markings or serial numbers referenced

    4. REFUND PROCESS

    Once we receive and review the authentication documentation:

    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
    • Upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sold, we will issue a full refund for the purchase amount

    EXCHANGES 

    All items that qualify for a refund can alternatively be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.
