A+	Pristine / Like New The item appears unused or has been used minimally.	● No visible signs of wear. ● Includes original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable). ● Giftable.
A	Near Pristine The item is in exceptional condition with extremely minimal signs of use.	● Very faint signs of wear, such as light hairline scratches or barely noticeable imperfections. ● Retains its original structure and appeal. ● May or may not include original packaging or accessories.
A-	Excellent The item is in near-perfect condition with minimal signs of use.	● Minor imperfections, such as faint surface scratches or slight hardware tarnish. ● No structural damage or significant blemishes. ● Clean interior and exterior.
B+	Very Good The item shows light to moderate use but remains well-maintained and functional.	● Visible but minor signs of wear, such as scuffs, small scratches, or slight discoloration. ● Hardware may show some tarnishing. ● Interior is clean with minor wear marks.
B	Good The item has been used frequently and displays noticeable signs of wear.	● Scuffs, scratches, or wear on corners and edges. ● Hardware may show significant tarnishing or plating loss. ● Interior may have visible marks, but no major damage.
B-	Fair The item is functional but has prominent signs of wear that may affect its aesthetics.	● Noticeable scuffs, scratches, or discolouration. ● Hardware may be heavily tarnished or scratched. ● Interior wear such as stains, tears, or noticeable odour.
C+	Well Loved The item is heavily used with heavily noticeable wear and damage.	● Structural issues like extensive sagging, broken hardware or tears. ● Extensive discolouration, stains, or odour. ● May require repair or restoration.

Key:

A+ to A-: Premium condition suitable for collectors or those looking for high-quality pre-owned items.
B+ to B-: Moderate wear, suitable for buyers looking for functional items at a good value.
C+: Noticeably worn, priced accordingly, may require repairs.
